Senior Giants (Age 10+) – 4 hours a week
Pre-requisite: Special approval & minimum level 4 in the CAN-GYM program (Small/Tall/Big Shots).
This class is for girls who have the desire to learn and ability to progress quickly through our beginner programs. Girls in this class will work to perfect basics, develop strength and flexibility and learn the foundations needed for more advanced skills.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR SPRING SHOWCASE.
